Wear comfortable, loose clothing. Yoga pants, jogging bottoms and long sleeved T-shirt or rugby/football kit. Several layers for you upper body would be a good idea - it may be cold to start with, but you should get quite warm during the class.
If you have mats and blocks - please bring them. Otherwise I can provide some sets for a small fee (£1 per session to cover their cost)

Classes are every Wednesday night - from November 4th
Class starts at 7.00 p. m. - prompt.
Please arrive in the hall at least 10 minutes early so you can get your mat down and your equipment in place and start the class in a calm, relaxed, seated position.
Classes are aimed at adults - male and female - between 18 and 65+.
Students of any levels of fitness and flexibility can benefit.
It’s not a competition - just do what you can.
Regular yoga sessions should increase your flexibility, improve your posture and give you the ability to relax.
Whilst it is not aerobic exercise you will certainly feel the effect.
